Local Roofers in Monument, CO

Dave was amazing. While I was trying to decide which company to use and get bids, Dave was fantastic in giving me feedback about what my roof did not need and therefore saving me money and what my roof did need which ended up lowering my home insurance bill significantly! He communicated timely, his guys showed up on time and they worked diligently all day. The roof looks fantastic and Dave went above and beyond. It is obvious to me that he takes immense pride in his business and he has fantastic integrity. I would refer him without hesitation.

Trout Roofing did an amazing job helping us navigate through the process of having our wood shake shingle roof replaced due to wind damage. Dave took the time to help us contact and walk us through every step of the claim with our insurance company. He made calls, reviewed county code updates, and even met and surveyed the roof with the insurance adjuster to make sure every aspect of the damage was reviewed and documented to insure replacement. Dave went above and beyond to help us through this process. The Trout Team came out removed the old roof and had the roof prepped and ready for the county inspection the very next morning. After the the inspection the team had the new upgraded impact resistant roof on our house with in hours. The roof came out beautiful! We are so happy and have peace of mind now that we have a new roof that is updated to current code and will endure the Colorado weather. Thank you Dave and the Trout Team for truly putting your clients first and walking us through every step and answering every question through this process. Trout Roofing is top notch and will always be the company I will use and refer for anything to do with roofing needs. Thank you so much Dave and Team Trout Roofing! You all are simply the BEST!

After noticing signs of potential water damage inside my house, I went searching for a roofing company to come out and take a look at the damage, make a recommendation, and complete a repair. After searching online, I found Trout Roofing and was impressed with all of the positive reviews. Dave came out and assessed the damage and then took the time to explain why a repair was not possible and why a replacement was warranted. He is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient and the new roof looks great. I’m happy to share my experience and 100% recommend Trout Roofing – 5+ stars!

We had to have our roof replaced to help aid the sale of our home and time was of the essence. Dave and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. I was appraised of every step of the process. They did what was expected, were conscientious about making sure any storms wouldn’t impact the house while the roof was being replaced. They showed up when expected and got it done on schedule. All areas around the house were meticulously cleaned up. They even reshingled our dog house!! I’d definitely recommend and use them again.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dave and Trout Roofing. After having several issues with other companies and their follow through, vague answers, disinterest, etc.. Dave came out the same day I called to evaluate, discuss and get to work. He kept in close communication with us throughout the project and spoke to us about the repairs clearly and professionally. Dave understood the intricacies of the roofing and insurance companies and was able to give us a much needed perspective of what to expect and offered solutions to problems with our existing roof. Dave went above and beyond to get the project done timely and also was an advocate for us with the insurance company. Dave was able to produce the results we needed within days when the “big guys” couldn’t do it in months. Dave and his team also put up with my very nosy dogs, supervising them daily. I told Dave he is not allowed to retire…I will always go to him with all roofing needs. Thanks Dave!

I would recommend Trout Roofing. Dave was prompt and took care of our problem in a timely manner, when I know he had other jobs going on. Our job wasn’t very big, but the repair we needed was urgent to avoid further damage.

His estimate was almost $1800 less than a company out of the Springs, and while I was concerned I would need an entire roof replacement, (the other company gave me an estimate of $45k to replace the entire roof, as I asked about that option), Dave assured me that was nowhere near necessary. He could have easily tried to sell me to replace my roof.

His honesty and professionalism will definitely earn my repeat business in the future.
